Shoppers have learned to doubt review stars. In a shop that uses Praisin they can take them at face value, because these rules are built into the app and a shop cannot switch them off.
One star or five, a review from a real buyer goes on the page. Praisin has no setting that hides reviews by rating and none that holds them back by rating.
Photos and videos wait for a quick look before they appear, the same wait for every rating. Held reviews publish on their date, whatever the stars.
"Verified buyer" appears only on a review written through the shop's own signed link for that customer's order. A shop cannot add the label by hand, and no import can carry it in.
Reviews brought over from another app read "Imported from" and the app's name. Reviews written on the site without an order say that too. A tap on the label explains the method in one sentence.
If a shop thanks reviewers with store credit, every reviewer gets the same thanks, whatever they wrote. A rewarded review says so on its first line, where shoppers see it.
Every eligible order gets the same request. Praisin never sorts customers by how happy they seem, and never sends happy ones to a public page and unhappy ones to a private form.
Spam, abuse, someone's personal data, or text that has nothing to do with the product. Each removal keeps its reason.
Praisin never writes a review. Its AI only drafts the shop's replies, and a person at the shop reads each one before it goes out.
When a shop shows its Google or Trustpilot rating, it appears with its own label and source, as that service provides it, and it is never mixed into the shop's own stars.
Each Praisin shop can publish its own "How reviews work here" page, written from its real settings: how reviews are collected, how they are checked, and which outside sources are connected. It is on by default.
That is what makes reviews sell.
